The BSEZC offers the investors a rich portfolio of services – from the construction of industrial sites to the overall management of investment projects.
Project Mission:”During the realization of the project “Bulgarian Logistics Corridor (Asia-Port Varna-Central Europe) – EU Gateway” or EGP project is planned to redirect through Bulgaria a large part of the existing and future international trade flows from Asia and the Middle East to Central and Eastern Europe in a volume of over $ 300 billion in one year. Experts estimate that at least 3-4% of these flows will be transformed with the construction of the Re-export Hub in the region of Varna.
The estimated additional revenue to the GDP amount to 3.9 billion dollars and to the national budget it will amount to 410 million dollars in the form of taxes, which will result in developing the export and re-export activities. In addition, the project will improve the competitive position of Bulgarian companies by reducing logistics costs by 10% and by opening 48,000 jobs.”
