BLACK SEA ECONOMIC ZONE (BSEZ)
The Black Sea Economic Zone (BSEZ) aims to offer to Bulgarian and foreign companies the investment intentions on modern industrial terrains with provision of infrastructure – roads, electricity, gasification, water supply, sewerage, telecommunication adjacent to ports, duty free areas and airport, a direct road and rail corridor to Central Europe, available ferryboat corridors (road and rail) to Georgia, Russia and Ukraine.
☑️ Within the BSEZ there are zones with different economic specifics and logistic purpose, making the project unique for Bulgaria, the Black Sea region and Southeast Europe – there are industrial zones in the area of light and heavy industry, from high technology to agro-industry. The planned European Expo Center of Varna for export and import to Ferryboat Complex – Varna will be a multifunctional and comprehensive international exhibition center of high-standard international and European rank. This will be the largest and the highest class expo center in Europe near the Black Sea.
☑️ The Black Sea Economic Zone is a cluster investment project that provides a suitable environment for the implementation of business projects in the sphere of logistics, production, international trade, organization of annual exhibitions and fairs, hotels, sea, yacht and cruise tourism all over the year, and the servicing of transit cargo between Asia and Central Europe.
☑️ The project is implemented by experts with international experience in cooperation with representatives of state and municipal administrations, working together to meet all requirements of Bulgarian and foreign investors and to maximize the investment process in the Black Sea Economic Zone (BSEZ), Northeast and North Central regions of Bulgaria.
